Where can I book my stay?
The simplest way is to book in the reservation form here.
On our website you will always find current advantageous offers at the best prices.
You can also contact the reservation department that will answer your questions from Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 4.30 pm.
When is check-in and at what time do I have to leave the room?
Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is until 11.00.
If you want to stay in the room for longer, you can arrange for the Late Check-Out for an additional charge.
Is it possible to arrive with a dog?
Dogs are permitted on request for a fee of 650,- CZK / 27 EUR / day and we require a refundable deposit of CZK 5,000 / 200 EUR (in cash).
The dogs are not allowed to enter the hotel restaurant and the Spa & Wellness Department.
Other animals are not allowed.
Where is it possible to park the car?
The hotel has 29 parking spaces in the hotel garage and 3 places next to the hotel, the reservation in advance is necessary for capacity reasons.
The parking fee in the hotel garage is 350,- CZK / 15 EUR / night, next to the hotel 175,- CZK / 8 EUR / night.
Parking cars with LPG/CNG and electric vehicles is not allowed in the hotel garage, we recommend parking spaces next to the hotel.
Is access to the wellness area included in the price?
Yes, free entry to the wellness (swimming pool, Finnish and steam sauna, relax room) is already included in the price.
Is air conditioning in the rooms?
Air conditioning are available in the Suite rooms and in the Double Comofrt rooms on the 5th floor.
If you wish a room with air conditioning, attach this request to your reservation.
Is it possible to store luggage at the hotel?
Yes, the luggage can be locked in the luggage room for for free.
